Sig is nice, although you might want to consider about using other color than blue with the font. Blue text upon blue background is hard to read. Also the flashyness in the text is a bit confusing. Applying effect to the text is nice idea, but a lil' bit smoother and less flickery effect might work better. Other than that, it's great! The rogue fade-in is neat and good idea, and i like the colors too.
