Slow responsiveness of website, Are you experiencing slow load times?

When you open your browser and type in khazmodan.net, does your browser halt for a noticeable moment before starting to load up the actual website? Just for a few seconds? And then after that first pause, there are no more significant delays? I'm asking because I've been experiencing this for weeks - ever since the server change. I've been tracing it back to poor quality of DNS service from my registrar, but before I begin making complaints, I'd like to see if your user experience is the same.
