i think this raffle is a good idea but it would be fun with things for low level players too. I know I am a new comer but it would be fun if more people could be in the raffle. *smile*  |

Well, the way I've always figured the raffle is that the items in it don't have to be rolled on a "greed / need" basis, but instead everyone can join in and just sell the item for cash if they don't need it. (Since everybody's class and professions are already stored in their profile, we could for example limit all gun raffles to be only rolled on by hunters and warriors, but we've chosen not to do that).
It's a raffle, and what happens to the prize after it's been won is nobody's business except the winner's.  Of course, if there's something that someone desperately needs, it would be wiser to send it to the guild bank, or perhaps someone needing the raffle item could send mail to the person who won it, and they could work out some arrangement if the winner didn't really need the item and doesn't mind parting with it.
So, what I mean is: It's free for all - go ahead and join the raffle!  |

Yeah, sorry 'bout that. My computer and I has had a bit of a disagreement... and eventually we had a little fight... and I won...
But after replacing some parts and formating my entire harddrive, everything seems to be in order.... I hope.
Oh, and I've tried to create the raffle, but it was too complicated.... *grin* I'll send the item to you Sajag, if you don't mind? I feel you're a bit more experienced than me at this. |
