This even't is for members who has a mount. We gather in the camp in Shimmering Flats and there is a little race trac in there.
Idea is: Racers pay some silver to enter the race. Winner will get the money. Other non-racers can bet that who will win and if the bet will succes, peron or perons will get all the money. Ask if you didin't understand something

Here's just a silly, slightly off-topic question:
Are all mounts the same speed? Or are some mounts faster than others? I would imagine the more expensive or epic mounts to be faster, but I'm not sure... |

So-called "swift" mounts provide a 100% speed improvement (instead of the 60% of a normal mount), require level 60 and cost 900g. I'm the only level 60 in this guild so far, and I'm not rich enough to buy one yet 
So don't worry. But other speed enhancements like Carrot on a Stick, Mithril Spurs and Riding Enchants are not allowed, I hope.

Of course they are not allowed. I would not be fair aginst the others.
