To put it simple:
+ Pretty much everything, great people, Rp, Rp-events, and so on
+ Peoples interest and enthusiasm towards guild matters in meetings
+ things can be discussed openly and in decent manner in meetings ( IC or OOC )
- Some cracks in the feeling of unity due to divided interest towards different aspects of the game, and lack of guild support in organized action to explore these aspects with guild members. Ie. Instance runs, treaties with other guids and common channels with them, among other things. Altho i'ts a bit hard to put anything up without knowing will people agree to the idea or not.
- People could post to forums with such enthusiasm as they present their views in the guild meetings when things are brought up for discussion. In other words, speak your minds in forums too.
