Greetings

For some time now, I've searched for a way to join the Molten Core and other Raid instances.. I've been collecting equipment, doing prequests and all that.. but no luck so far..

I've asked the RSA (Rising Star Alliance) if I could join that alliance (Its not a guild, but a group of people from different guilds doing those instances).. and I'll hear today if there is room enough..
If not.. I've been thinking of making my own kind of "Alliance".. to gather people for those Raids..

It would be for lvl 60's and around only though.. and I'll add the "DKP" system.. (Dragon Kill points)..

Of course I could join one of the Raid guilds.. like Insight, Flaming Ruby and all those.. but I like it here in Khaz Modan.. I like the relaxed environment and the nice people.. and I moved to Argent Dawn from Thunderhorn, because I got tired of the 1337 People there..
I would still like to join the End-game instances .. I would love to get the Epic set items.. the legendary weapon and stuff like that.. I'm just tired of the normal instances like stratholme, scholomance, Dire Maul, Blackrock Mountain and the like..

Making a new alliance between the high levels is going to be hard work though.. and I'm not sure how many is left, that isnt already in the raid guilds and other alliance groups..

Hmm... I must say that i'm happy that you will stay in this guild, though we aren't (yet) much help to you.
Though some of our members are getting stroger and stronger, but we can't get proper raid-group for a long time... So... i would understand if you would move to other guild....
All those instances... It must be iterensting to get in there. I must start training harder!
Boghur, if theres anyway that i could help you to gather your own "Alliance" to those instances, just ask. I do know couple 60leveled people and it would not be problem to ask from them *smiles*
I hope you will get that Alliance someday and i hope i'll be fighting by your side

Thank you, I would rather fight by guild members side than others, but sadly only a few is strong enough so far.. some day, I'm sure, you are all strong enough and ready..

I'll probably need lots of help.. I think I'll need somewhere to gather people, so an independant forum for that would be nice.. I guess I can try advertising in ironforge then and I also have some friends at lvl 60 myself..
The problem is to gather enough of them.. since we need 40 for Molten core..

You get points for joing a raid for an instance and for how long you are there, and extra for killing bosses.

The points can be used for bidding for items you want, and highest bidder wins.

ok, seems like I got into a raid community.. havent spoken with any of them yet though.. I send a PM to a guy/girl in that place and I'm now in the list..

http://www.grinninghermit.com/community/vi...topic.php?t=128

If you like to join, I suggest you do the same.. I have no idea if its good or not, since I havent spoken with any of them yet.. and I'm a little concerned about the loot system and such, since by the look of it, its just random luck..

After a brief look at their agenda and loot system, I think it looks good on paper. The class-queue-system looks a lot better than the DKP system to me. I might consider applying at some point...

Adeptus Custodi recently allied with Ninth Brigade, and we can join them too (since Boghur and I have are in good standing with several members of Adeptus.)

So that's good news! For now we are trying out Zul'Gurub though, and unfortunately you (Boghur & Sajag) weren't online to join us. But next time perhaps smile.gif

Hmm for some reason I never noticed the two replies above mine... Any news on your application to Theramore Compact, Boghur?

I never actually talked with them.. and I just got a little tired of it all.. thats also why I havent been online for a while now.. I started playing on another server, to play with some friends of mine.. (got a lvl 52 gnome rogue there now).. I'll still come by every now and then to say hello, but playing alone as a protection warrior isnt fun.. I cant really do anything.
I meant to come to the meeting this saturday, but lost the track of time.. sad.gif suddently it was 9pm and it was too late.

I'm still reading the forum here and checking out the website for news..
